You'll be the captain of a fantastic team helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest
From selecting & developing the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll keep things running smoothly & efficiently
You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service
Numbers are your friend! With support form Head Office, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies & cocktails
You'll learn how to train your team, share your pie knowledge & keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on.

You've got experience leading a restaurant team & know the importance of a happy team
You're a natural motivator, able to inspire your team & keep them fired up (even after a long shift!)
You can juggle multiple plates (metaphorically, of course) & stay calm under pressure
You share our passion for amazing food, friendly service & creating a truly memorable experience for our customers
You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Very competitive salary and 40hr per week contract. Plus your share of tips (TRONC)
An additional 15% of annual salary in bonuses. (Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to 7.5% of salary & Annual Business Performance Bonus: up to 7.5% of salary)
