If you're a born leader with a passion for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, then look no further than Pieminister! We're on the hunt for a top-notch Restaurant Manager to join our pie crew.

Here's a taste of what you'll be getting up to:

· You'll be the captain of a fantastic team and helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.

· From selecting and developing the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

· You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any wobbles with a smile and a genuine love of great service.

· Numbers are your friend! With support form head office, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales and stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails.

· You'll learn how to train your team, share your pie knowledge and keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on.

What would make you the perfect Captain of the Pie Crew?

· You've got experience leading a restaurant team and know the importance of a happy team.

· You're a natural motivator, able to inspire your team and keep them fired up (even after a long shift!).

· You can juggle multiple plates (metaphorically, of course) and stay calm under pressure.

· You share our passion for amazing food, friendly service and creating a truly memorable experience for our customers.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· Bonus points for a big smile, a love of gravy puns and the ability to quote pie-related movie lines!
