A taste of what you'll be getting up to:

You'll be the vice-captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest
From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently
You'll be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service
Numbers are your friend! With support from the General Manager, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails
You'll learn how to train new members of the team, share your pie knowledge & help to keep everyone up to speed on the latest Pieminister goings-on

You've got experience as an integral part of a restaurant team & know the importance of a happy crew
You're a natural motivator, able to inspire people & keep them fired up (even after a long shift!)
You can juggle multiple plates (metaphorically, of course) & stay calm under pressure

Very competitive salary & 40hr per week contract. Plus your share of tips (TRONC)
An additional 10% of annual salary in bonuses. (Quarterly Performance Bonus: up to 7.5% of salary & Annual Business Performance Bonus: up to 2.5% of salary)
