About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic, fun & fast paced team. Reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, you'll shape Pieminister's brand on digital platforms, help to deliver our communications strategy & support our key channels, giving you great commercial exposure within the business. This is primarily a content creation role, but you'll support in launching new products, innovation, & brand campaigns across all channels. This role is perfect for a creative marketer looking to grow in their career. You’ll need to have a great understanding of social media channels & trends, experience in producing engaging content, & be able to turn insights into actions with an analytical mindset. This role is based in our Head Office in Stokes Croft Bristol.


Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Create & schedule content for social media platforms including copy, video & imagery
  • Daily community management
  • Organising giveaways & competitions to support follower growth & increase engagement
  • Working collaboratively to communicate our sustainability goals across our social media platforms
  • Track & report key metrics

PR/Influencers:

  • Use social media & media monitoring platforms to identify influencers to collaborate with
  • Manage relationships with online media & influencers to maximise brand amplification on relevant networks

Email/CRM:

  • Own newsletter timetable in line with marketing calendar
  • Create regular email content (copy & imagery)

Website:

  • Keep all website content in line with marketing campaigns
  • Create SEO optimised content

Brand & Marketing:

  • Work with the marketing team & external agencies to create & execute seasonal campaigns across various channels
  • Support the marketing team to understand our consumers better, understanding the marketing landscape & keeping on top of food trends & restaurant marketing trends
  • Provide digital support to restaurant & wholesale teams with launching new products & menus
  • Assist our Creative Director with photoshoots for print & shopper media assets


About you

  • Experience in crafting compelling content
  • Good writer & strong all-round communicator
  • Marketing/business experience
  • Analytical & highly organised
  • Solid computer skills

Desirable

  • Understanding of SEO & measurement platforms (Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising (Meta Business Suite)
  • Interest in food & hospitality trends
  • Proficient in Canva, Hootsuite & Klavyio
  • Marketing, PR, Communications or English degree
